Great place, great instructors, reasonable prices, they also offer classes once or twice a year to get certified as a yoga instructor. Yoga is great for any age group. Friendly staff.

The classes here are amazing and the studio itself is so peaceful. I always leave here feeling so much better than when I came. Lola is very knowledgeable and all of the instructors offer nice classes. I was a beginner and the classes were easily suited for me. It’s an amazing feeling to be in a judgement free class where I can practice and be a part of a community.
