This place is starting to fall apart. The simplest repairs to machines are not being made. I know it can’t be a lack of parts. I have watched a machine go unused for the simplest repair for 6 months. Hello management! Wake up.

It’s better than most LA fitnesses I’ve been to in Houston but the limited hours on the weekends has been a major regret for getting a membership here. The staff is unhelpful, I’ve called multiple times during operating hours staying on hold over 15 minutes and no one ever picks up the phone.

I joined here 3 weeks ago and it's a very nice gym...has everything I need, the staff are friendly and so are the members. They have great hours and lots of options for any type of fitness program you want. The equipment is well kept, the locker rooms are clean and I couldn't be more happy with my membership.
