I’ve been going to class for over a month now and absolutely love it! You can do different types of classes and different levels. All the instructors are amazing and super helpful. It’s now the highlight of my week!

The workouts are explained and well put together. Once you know the format, it flows pretty well. Low impact, lots of room for modifcations and the instructors are pleasant. I enjoy the atmosphere and the use of the app to check scheduling and booking classes. It is pricey, but if you utilize the membership it's worth it.
