I knew what was wrong with the washer but had no idea how to fix it. John was wonderful, communicated well, showed up on time and rates were VERY reasonable. I called 3 other places that were going to charge me 85-100 bucks just to come look at it and that money wouldn’t have gone towards repair. John spoke to me and my family, explained what was going on and joked with my kids. He will be our family appliance repair man from now on.

John repaired my son's clothes washer. He was very knowledgeable and his rates were reasonable. If you need an appliance repaired call JB appliance. Great guy and he is honest.

I was having trouble with my washing machine and I just so happen to see a recommendation for Mr. John. I called him and he came out the next day. Of course when he came out my machine seemed to be ok. He told me he knew what was wrong, he was going to order the parts and to just call him if it was acting up again. Sure enough I had to call him back out and he was prepared with the parts needed. He was quick, efficient, affordable but most of all just the kindest man. I would and will use him again if needed.
