“I highly recommend JB Appliance Repair & Home Services. Our LG washer stopped rinsing/spinning so I called and spoke with John (JB). He explained that we were beyond his travel area and couldn’t help us. I kindly asked for an exception and he said it would cost a little more for the extra distance and I agreed. He came out on Sunday afternoon as he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem- the pump was not working. Thankfully he had the part on his truck and made the repairs. We have a stackable dryer on top of the washer, which he wasn’t expecting so that was additional work he gladly took on. He did what was necessary and I assisted where I could. We had pleasant conversation while he worked. Everything was put back in order and the washer is working perfectly. We’re happy we don’t have to look for a new washing machine right now and definitely recommend you call John for your appliance repair needs!“
