I quite literally just got the best acrylic set I’ve ever had! I told Tina how I hate that when I ask for round nails, there’s always this weird part of the edges of my nails where they get filed too far in and either look awkwardly pointy or look uneven. I showed her a pic of a previous set I got from another shop that I disliked and showed her a pearl/chrome pink set on Pinterest. She did a test nail for me to make sure I loved it first. I’ve been going to flawless for 5 or 6 years now. When my mom was with me, they always took care of her. She had dementia and would be challenging sometimes but they were always patient. If they didn’t see her with me, they always asked for her. She eventually passed away and it took some time for me to go back because it was what we did together. Flawless asked for her the minute I walked in and I told them she had left me and they showed their sympathy.The salon is always clean, they offer drinks and it’s quiet; so, I almost always fall asleep during a session.
