I usually go as a walk in and have never had to wait long. I’ve gotten consistently good pedicures and nails no matter who the tech was. They don’t rush through the process and I find it very relaxing.

I give 3 stars because the first time I came Jennifer did an amazing job. She made sure to ask all the right questions prior to the service. However today my friend and I came in both Angela and Kara were extremely difficult to deal with. Very poor attitudes and due to that it was nearly impossible to get what we wanted but most important what we paid for. My friend was bleeding on 2 nails, one hand was noticeably shorter than the other. We were told by the young girl at the desk that there was no manager before we even had the bad experience.
