I would recommend this firestone location. I was timid to even go back to a firestone after what happened to me at another location. I had a transmission completely replaced at the 249 location in Cypress/tomball area and they didn’t do it correctly causing me to be stranded multiple times after they had said it was fixed let me drive off and the same issue would happen.This firestone location was great they replaced my battery in my Cadillac XT5 it’s an expensive battery but they saved me a lot of money compared to what a dealership wanted to charge me.The men working that day helped me so much and I never got the feeling of I’m being taken advantage of because...read full review

The two Jason in the front are awesome and the technicians Joshua and Damon was great. The customer service is great and the place is clean with nice quiet settings. The guys here sets the bar high for good quality service.
