10000% recommend this Firestone location. My engine was overheating yesterday afternoon. I was emotionally distraught and didn’t know where to start. I called this firestone location and spoke with manager Jason and he assisted me on getting my car towed to them and in record fast. Timing had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. Literally made a bad day so much better. I will definitely continue coming to this specific Firestone location thank you so much Mr. Jason and your staff for all that you do.
Came in for a standard oil change, alignment and inspection! Chris and Benny did a wonderful job attending to my car quickly and also spotted that my battery was about to fail. Very glad I came in when I did! Will definitely be coming back again! Also definitely get the life time tire alignment! It’s very cost effective and handy for extending your tire life span!
Came to this location from another location where I was treated very poorly and the employee seemed miserable and like he could care less. Conrad was amazing from the moment I stepped into the lobby. He was friendly, welcoming, personable and trustworthy. After leaving my chevy cruze there he was very communicative and honest. He really did his best to give me the best experience I could have and I truly appreciate it!! Definitely will be coming here for my automotive needs and referring others to this location as well!!!
