Yeah! Now I can get into and out of my front door without straining to pull it open. Within a week, it would have been impossible for me to open. I'm not very strong. James was friendly, fast and efficient. He was right on time and explained everything he did. He texted to let me to let me know he was on his way and called when he arrived. He even fixed things which I didn't know were wrong (like a backwards doorknob plate). The charge for his services was very reasonable.
