Donald and his crew went above and beyond for our project. We purchased a home in the Heights that had a lot of rotten wood, including an upstairs deck that needed to be rebuilt, several windows that needed to be replaced, and large sections of drywall and plywood with water damage after years of neglect by the previous owner. Donald and his guys worked hard to deliver quality work at a price that was more than fair. They were courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again. The man is a trustworthy handyman. He made us to be aware of our choices before committing to accept his own. He described the details of the work, and his quote and contract was perfect . We used AV Home Services to perform electrician work at our rental property. The owner, Donald Ugas, along with his assistant did a great job on updating all of the light switches and receptacles, as well as rewiring and replacing outdated electrical wirings. They also installed new ceiling fans and replaced lights throughout the entire house. What I really liked about their services is that Donald takes the time to explain and walk you through what he's going to do, and once the work is done, he walks you through again to make sure you're happy with the end results.
