Great experience with Osmos Springs! Giovanni is what swayed our decision to choose this company for our AC services. He was very professional, understanding, and informative. Giovanni made sure to go out of his way to accommodate us by meeting us at work and getting the process done as quickly as possible. I was surprised at the turnaround time from technician coming in to give an estimate (no cost) to installation. I had my new AC unit outdoor and indoor completed in less than 24 hours! The owners were prompt in responding with my request of service and gave me a trackable information on crew arrival, once here, he (employee) began by determining the problem(s) with my a/c(S). After, confirming the problem(s), he gave a quote as to how much it was going to be. I found that It the quote was reasonable and gave the go ahead to him. The crew came in the following day with all units parts and replacement and finished that same day, they did pick their trash.
