My husband goes here and says that most of the staff is helpful, courteous, and sociable. The nurses are helpful and willing to work with you. Unfortunately their are some techs that are a little rough and lack social skills, but those are few and far between.

We just relocated from Killeen TX to Laredo Tx, and found that the existing pool required some necessary repair and cleaning procedures to function properly. One phone call to Sunset Pools, and we were on our way to a quick evaluation and cleanup process. Both Tony & Frank took very good care of us in a short amount of time. A quick lesson or two on the existing equipment, assessment of parts needed and installation, and we were complete. She ran overnight with all cleaning completed and BAM, The pool looked absolutely beautiful the next morning. I’m somewhat old school in how a business should be run, and Sunset Pools is exactly what I was looking for. Courteous, respectful, on time and satisfactory service is everything the Sunset pools guys represented. I’ll not seek pool service anywhere else. Sunset is my go to pool care and supply company from here on out. Thanks guys, and remember, there’s always a cold soda or water when servicing our pool. I am from out of town and was here because my father died unexpectedly. After 3 weeks of trying to arrange and organize things for my dad's service, I found Marty's number. I called him and explained my situation. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day. When I arrived, he took care of my hair, which is textured, and my heart as well. He took the time to listen and give me guidance. He is a talented, professional hair stylist and a genuine, kind soul. It is worth having him as a stylist because he was understanding and accommodating. I wish I could have him in DC.

The service here is fast and efficient. Got a mani and pedi with regular and gel nail polish both in a little over 35 min. This included the massage and hot towel treatment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone attending an event downtown due to its proximity, or if you’re in the area. The price was good with gel mani being $35.

By far the friendliest customer service I have ever received in any hair salonist in my life! Although she was busy with her day, she still managed to squeeze me in as a walk in. Made time to listen to what i wanted and answered any and all questions i had. Gave me recommendations and heard me out in general. She matched exactly what I wanted to the photo i had shown her. I was terrified to get bangs from just anyone, but she came recommend from a friend of a friend and i completely understand why. Highly recommend coming to her for any haircut needs especially with bangs. I plan on getting touch ups in the future again.

The staff and fellow volunteers are so passionate about giving every cat the love, care, and second chance they deserve. I’ve brought my dog twice here and each time they’ve done an excellent job! Charlie always comes out looking and smelling amazing. They take pictures of your dog after they’re done grooming and they send it to you. Just make sure to bring cash if you have an appointment on Friday or Saturday because they don’t accept card payments on those days.

I had the combo massage and the masseuse was awesome. She removed the stress knots I had and stretched out the ones that were forming. Very relaxing and the pain was gone. I am grateful for helping me with what I needed the most so I can work with ease. Awesome!
I was gifted a 60 minute deep tissue couples massage here, and I was more than satisfied with my care. My fiancé agrees this establishment is the place to go after a long week of work. Overall environment was calm and relaxing. The hours are flexible (10am-10pm), and they do take walk-ins. We will be coming back every week!
