As a result of our positive experience with Norway several months ago, we called them first as were having a different issue. I called yesterday morning and a service team was here in the afternoon. We needed the outside unit replaced, and again, Norway provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Less than 24 hours later, our A/C is functioning perfectly.
