I had valances from our yacht that I took to Ada's in Lake Jackson..
They were kind enough to call me to let me know the stains weren't coming out and that they would be happy to send them back and let me have the ones they had already cleaned ..at NO charge..
I knew the stains may not come out so I told them to go ahead and finish them up..
Then they called to let me know what they had come in.
Very nice and courteous people!!!
I have used this drycleaning business for many years. The business has had great employees that are very respectful and will help with any situation. My clothes have turned out fine, too.
