A big thank you to the wonderful Frakey's team.My daughter's wedding was this weekend and my shirt was perfect....perfectly pressed and starched just right. This Frakey's offers the medium starch option.....not just heavy or light. The medium held up nicely without making the shirt too stiff.I really appreciated the manager last Thursday who took two new shirts still pinned up in their plastic and told me he would unpin them for me and remove the cardboard and plastic. That was great since I was running behind with a lot to do.We love the cheerful attitude of these folks even when we drop off very early in the morning. My shirts were ready to go less than 24 hours later....read full review
