Sky did a GREAT job with my haircut today! She's a great stylist and so sweet! She listened to what I wanted and I'm so happy. She also. did the best blowout Ive ever had! I'll definitely be back!
I recommend everything about Jcpenney, but if you are looking to walk out of there with good looking hair, go see Robyn at the JCPenney Salon! She will have you looking Fresh!! Men, women, children, babies, and all textures of hair!
