I always find good deals! When everything goes on sale as the seasons change you can go up there and save a ton of money. The staff are always finally and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. My favorite location!
7-19-24 Lakeisha really helped me a lot even though she was on register she accompanied me to to men's shoes to discuss my husband's upsize because of a pointed-toe style. She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.

Great visit they were very nice and informative we had to use the care plan on a necklace we got a while back. They sent it off in the jewelry center . Unfortunately they couldn't fix it but gave us the same one no charge .
