First time at this store, Im a single grown man with actual autism. I want you to understand Im very socially awkward and people like *ROSITA are why I will keep returning. *Ashley in the scent department was unusually helpful I did not expect kind welcoming people. Ill be back specifically becuase of these positive helpful interactions thank you.
7-19-24 Lakeisha really helped me a lot even though she was on register she accompanied me to to men's shoes to discuss my husband's upsize because of a pointed-toe style. She was very smiley and I really appreciate her help. The shoes fit great! We will be returning more often to our local JCPenney.
2023 Roland was a big help when I called customer service today! His precise instructions helped me a lot. He was very professional and kind on the phone and because of his help I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning my package. Great visit they were very nice and informative we had to use the care plan on a necklace we got a while back. They sent it off in the jewelry center . Unfortunately they couldn't fix it but gave us the same one no charge .
