Ada Cleaners offers fantastic service that goes above and beyond. The store is clean and well organized, with employees who are respectful and kind. One customer’s dress, ruined from food, mead, and dirt stains at the Texas Renaissance Festival, was returned as if it was never taken there. Another customer received dry cleaning and a ripped seam fixed on a gown. Shannon is very helpful and friendly, able to find missing clothes that no one else could find. She provides excellent customer service with a kind, approachable smile and laughter that makes customers want to return. Customers are always satisfied and have never had any problems, recommending Ada Cleaners as the best in town.
I wish I took a before picture of my dress before sending it to Ada’s. I took it to the Texas Renaissance Festival (TRF), and I was worried it was ruined from all the food, mead, and dirt stains. I dropped it off at Ada’s with hope that the stains would be faint…but it’s as if I NEVER took it to the TRF to begin with!
Additionally, every employee I spoke with was respectful and kind; and the store itself was clean and well organized.
