From the very beginning, Saul kept in constant communication before my surgery. We talked through everything he would provide—from healthy meals to support healing, wound care, post-op lymphatic massages, transportation, medications, and anything else I could possibly need. Before I even arrived, I felt like I’d known him forever. He is so down-to-earth, patient, kind, and professional that he immediately puts you at ease.<br><br>After surgery is where Saul truly shines. Being a licensed massage therapist specializing in post-op lymphatic massage, his knowledge is incredible. Recovery is so much more than just getting massages—it’s vulnerable, emotional, and honestly a little scary at times. There are so many things your body suddenly can’t do on its own, and Saul never once hesitated to step in and help. He handled every situation with confidence, compassion, and a smile on his face. You can tell this isn’t just a job for him—he genuinely cares about every single person who walks through his door.<br><br>The care I received was beyond anything I expected. I had three delicious, healthy meals every day with snacks in between, my medications were always on schedule, my wounds were monitored, my massages were tailored to exactly what my body needed, and I never once felt like I was inconveniencing anyone by asking for help. Every detail was thought of so I could focus on healing.<br><br>I also have to give a huge thank you to Fernando. He is just as kind and caring as Saul. He jumped in whenever needed without hesitation. On the day I flew home, neither of us knew exactly how to arrange wheelchair assistance at the airport, but Fernando immediately took charge, found the right people, and made sure I was taken care of all the way through. That alone meant so much because traveling after surgery can be overwhelming.<br><br>The biggest thing I walked away with wasn’t just how well I healed—it was the relationships I built. Saul and Fernando became family to me. We laughed, talked, shared stories, even cried lol and by the end of my week and a half there, leaving was honestly emotional. I wasn’t just leaving my recovery house—I was leaving people who had poured so much love, care, and kindness into one of the most vulnerable experiences of my life.<br><br>If I ever have another procedure, there won’t even be a question about where I’m staying. She has never disappointed. I always come away feeling younger than my years. Kim's knowledge and skill are truly amazing. Regardless of your age Kim will take care of you. We literally called what felt like every spa we found on Google before finding Eclipse. They were able to get us in quickly, which worked perfectly with the limited time we had.<br><br>We really enjoyed the atmosphere—it was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, and overall we had a great experience.<br><br>The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think both my friend and I were a little too shy to ask our massage therapists to apply more pressure. We also weren't quite sure when the massage transitioned into the foot reflexology portion. To be honest, we were expecting the calf and foot massage to be more like the extended leg and foot massages we typically receive during a pedicure.<br><br>That said, we would definitely return. The convenience, atmosphere, and quality of service made for an enjoyable spa day, and next time we'll be sure to communicate our pressure preferences a little better.”
