“If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was blessed to find May about a year ago and she seriously changed my life. I had gone thru a pretty evasive surgery and wanted to find someone who could focus on healing my scar tissue. It’s VERY difficult to find a therapist who will listen to your needs and is willing and able to help you by going above & beyond the traditional Swedish massage. During this time, I was also struggling with TMJD which had began to be a daily struggle for me. I asked May if she had any experience working with the facial muscles & she gladly agreed to take on the challenge. This is the moment that my life changed. I knew I had found a therapist for life! She understands how every single muscle in the face can affect the rest of your body so we didn’t just focus on one area. She has completely worked thru most of my issues and we’ve spent so much time working on it that she pretty much can locate the tension and release it immediately. She’s even made it to where I can do maintenance at home on the days when I can’t get to her. I now see her weekly & it is the highlight of my week. When I arrived at the spa, the staff member who checked me in seemed annoyed—likely because of my accent. She didn’t take the time to listen to me, and as a result, my cosmetologist/stylist had to step in later to clarify and adjust my service. On top of that, I wasn’t welcomed or directed anywhere. No one told me where to sit or that I could browse the gift shop. I stood at the front desk feeling unsure and uncomfortable. Eventually, she said, “The stylist will be with you shortly,” which felt like a subtle hint to move away. I wandered into the gift shop and, without being invited, sat awkwardly on the couch until I was called.

Thankfully, Brieanna, my cosmetologist/stylist, completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. She made the necessary changes to my service without any issue and made me feel heard and valued—despite how my visit began. Her skill and warm approach truly stood out.

At checkout, I was assisted by a different staff member who was friendly and welcoming. She took the time to explain the variety of services offered at Divine Massage Spa & Wellness Center ‍♀️, and I appreciated her positive attitude.

I have a great range of motion in the first one done 2 years ago and now working on the second one. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
