What a great experience! I'm over 60 and have been starting to develop skeletal issues where I 'm having more pain and discomfort in my joints.These folks were great at giving me instruction on how to exercise and preserve my joints, not in just one area, but tailored exercises that I can do for the rest of my life.They're knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and worked with me to help me to be at my best. Well done Peak PT!

Great place! I have had 2 knee replacements and came here both times for my pt. Very nice people and I have improved a lot after both surgeries! I definitely recommend to anyone needing pt!

I’ve gone to Peak for a little over a year, both for a shoulder injury and later for recovery from ankle surgery.
