I definitely recommend going. The staff does a great job and is also very helpful. Dr. Lain definitely does a great job. I had a rough shoulder injury from lifting kettlebells. I started going frequently for a few months and it’s helped so much that I feel little to no pain now. I enjoy going because all the great benefits and I work a physically demanding job and I always feel like new right after.
