I've been going here for the last 5 years for convenience and price and I can't say it's great but it does the job. but last two times I went I got the same person, both times she didn't even file my toenails and it looks uneven, cuticles also look white on the side like it's not done. Very unhappy with the result. Please do better. It's a great location but service needs to improve.

I came in for a gel black polish pedicure, and it looked alright at first. However, a few hours later I noticed the polish was peeling and still wet—the gel hadn’t been fully cured, leaving multiple nails sticky and gooey :( . I ended up removing it myself that night bc i didnt want the wet uncured chemicals on my skin/nails.
The next morning, I came back and explained the situation. Before I could even ask for a refund, one of the male staff immediately offered to fix it.
