Melissa at the front desk is absolutely awesome—she is consistently professional, attentive, and understanding. Every time I come in, she is incredibly helpful and truly knows how to get the job done efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who is both so kind and so effective at her work. I am updating my review, from 1 start to 5 stars because of Dr.Shah. She provided our family with an amazing level of care and concern. She talked to us transparently, and gave my daughter thorough care to diagnose a mystery sickness. She was gentle, playful, and took LOTS of time to make her and us comfortable. I am so so sooo thankful for Dr. Shah, as we were loosing hope in finding a good pediatrician. THIS is the type of doctors we need more of. She was very supportive of our beliefs/boundaries around certain types of care, we never once felt judge. We LOVE Dr. Shah. I recently interacted with Melissa and she was an absolute delight. I suffer from health anxiety and her personable care was top notch. Very appreciative to her for her kindness and patience.
