I love it here is an understatement! Came back to refinance my loan & Jessica Moreno was on it ??? I think I will stick with them forever ? the vibe and atmosphere is amazing 10/10. Thank yall for always making me feel welcomed and being great on communication!
Was and always is a great experience. The staff is always nice. Rubi Alicea was my loan officer and she was very pleasant to work with. I definitely will go through regional finance anytime in the future.
Just wanted to take a moment and write a review on my experience with Regional Finance.
I’ve dealt with many loan companies over the years and I never felt the hospitality from any of them, until I came to Regional Finance.
From my initial phone call conversation with Assistant Branch Manager Ms. Rubi Alicea on 9/27/29. She me and my grandmother feel very welcomed and explained every little detail of the loans and options for us. Shortly afterwards, the Branch Manager Ms. Julia Barbosa hopped on the phone and introduced herself and provided me and grandmother additional information on other loans options.
