Outstanding customer service! Refrigerator under manufacturer warranty stopped working. First repair company they scheduled with was out of business for a year, lost a day of work waiting. Manufacturer rescheduled with L&G but told me it would be another 4 days. Called L&G directly after they got the service order, and explained the issue. He came out the next morning and had the unit fixed in 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend them again.

Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed our Samsung dryer for a fair price. Would recommend. Update 5/2024.. we've called LeRoy back to work on our builder-grade dishwasher. His repairs last. He's one of the kindest people we've ever met and we highly recommend him. He will call you if you leave your information. He's very busy so be patient. He's worth the wait! We hold on to his number like it's gold.
