The old AC unit in my home was 20 years old and dying. Ray had the best price of all the companies that I had come out for estimates. He was also able to get the new system installed the soonest. Less than 24hrs after we agreed on the price it was installed and cooling my home. About a month after install, a factory weld popped on the unit and again in under 24hrs a new one was installed at no cost to me. He did the leg work with the manufacturer, all I did was call him. I used TMS Heating and Air Conditioning services today. I called them last night and Ray was at my house promptly at 9:30am today. My issue was I recently replaced the faceplate (dial/tuner on the wall) from my old flintstones style to a new school touch screen jetsons version. I had hired an electrician to initially install and connect the wires but they didn’t wire it up correctly with a C-wire and it only worked for a week. Ray was extremely knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly by rewiring the touchscreen and fixing the wiring on the actual A/C unit (furnace) inside my closet.
