Justin and his team have been so amazing. Maintenance requests, including anything regarding the A/C, get handle ASAP and any other requests are usually responded to in a day or two. We had the opportunity to try a different rental company for this upcoming lease but ultimately decided we couldn’t risk losing such an amazing rental company.
Really great and professional company, it was a pleasure renting from them for over 3 years. Had no issues and always received prompt responses, will definitely look for more opportunities to rent through them again.
