Just Rentals, LLC has been a positive experience for many renters, with customers noting the helpfulness of Justin and his team. Renters have appreciated their professionalism and dedication, even in challenging circumstances. Justin goes above and beyond to ensure tenants are satisfied, often working after hours and responding quickly to maintenance requests. When issues arose with properties at move-in, they were addressed promptly, and staff like Phyllis provided clear explanations of move out procedures, helping tenants get their full deposit back. Despite some past concerns about move-in problems, the company has received high praise for their service as realtors and their effort to solve problems with an upbeat attitude. Overall, Just Rentals, LLC is a reliable rental company with a dedicated team, though there is room for improvement in handling move-in issues and offering compensation when necessary.

We have been renting here for two years and we’re going to sign another year at the end of the month!
Justin and his team have been so amazing. Maintenance requests, including anything regarding the A/C, get handle ASAP and any other requests are usually responded to in a day or two. We had the opportunity to try a different rental company for this upcoming lease but ultimately decided we couldn’t risk losing such an amazing rental company.
Really great and professional company, it was a pleasure renting from them for over 3 years. Had no issues and always received prompt responses, will definitely look for more opportunities to rent through them again.
