Using to rent out a house is rough. First couple years I haf to call every month to ask where my tenets check is in the mail. When I first started they wanted me to open another bank account at the branch they uses just for them to deposit a check. After about 4 years, they decide they can finally deposit into my actual bank. It is not always on time, but at least I get it before the end of the month now.The worst part is, this year, I have been asking where my tax paper work is they mailed about a month ago now.
