“Had a great experience with Dr. Williams. I am never a fan of doing the eye appointments, but everyone was welcoming and helpful. Mark helped us pick out a great set of frames. Looking forward to the new glasses.”

“Wow .. you call the local number, and a call center in India answers the phone. I really don't like this trend. Too many businesses are doing this, and not one single customer likes or appreciates it.
But, worth mentioning, when the call is finally answered by the local office, the staff is super friendly.”
