Bausen for the win!!! I transfered around 150gb of photos to an SSD card, and the next day my MacBook was not able to pull up my SSD card. I tried running a first aid on it, tried troubleshooting it like the manufacturer suggested, called Apple Care, and neither were able to help me recover my data. My stomach dropped, I felt like I lost all those photos. Then I remembered Robbie who owns Bausen, and felt like he was my last hope, I wasn’t sure if they provided data recovery services. So I called and they said they do. So I drop it off for them to see if they would be able to recover my files and what do you know, they recovered all my files!!! I couldn’t be more happier to know they were able to recover my files from that faulty SSD card. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company if you’re ever in a bind like I was, especially if you’re a photographer and have important files that need to be recovered. Thank you thank you thank you Bausen!!!
these guys are awesome! I brought my laptop to them twice, the first time because I had a virus. they had it fixed the next day. the second time, I spoiled a whole cup of coffee on my keyboard. they cleaned it, and replaced a couple ram chips. and it didn't break the bank. they were also very informative. told me everything they were doing kept me updated daily. 5 stars highly recommend
