“I am so pleased with this place! I needed my laptop fixed in a hurry because I had school starting soon and they had it fixed within 2 days. I was so worried it was going to cost half or more of what the laptop was worth and it ended up being extremely reasonable. Amber and Sparrow were both very helpful in assisting me. I will definitely be referring you guys to my friends and family.”
“Today ending up being a really great day thanks to Mr. Burgess!! My computer went wonky and I had so much I needed to get done on it!! Office Max referred me to Advanced Computer Services. Drove right over and he told me he would try hard to get me going, but he was flying solo and lots of computers were before me!! Guys he called at 4:00 and it was ready and he helped download Microsoft Office. He was compassionate with other customers that came in too!! I don’t know his boss, but he sure deserves a big raise!! Thank you for going the extra mile! The world could use more people just like you, Mr. Burgess!!”
“One of our office computers had a virus a couple weeks ago. We brought it to Computer Clinic of Kerrville. He fixed it and had it finished later in the morning. Works great now. The cost to fix it was a good price.Last year our accounting computer program would not work after an update of the program. After the update, it wouldn’t work with Microsoft Windows. Microsoft told me it was the accounting program problem not them. Needless to say, playing the blame game wasn’t going fix our computer problem and we needed it ASAP. We called Computer Clinic of Kerrville. He came out fairly quickly, fix the problem, and was very reasonably priced considering he made a “house call”.”
