Rich's has been doing the regular maintenance on my heating and cooling systems for about 7 years. My units were original to the house - about 16 years. One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace. About 4 hours in and out and I couldn't have asked for more; they were friendly, thorough, respectful of property, showed me everything that had been done and left my house cleaner than it was before they got here. Absolute blast.. of cool air! We had window units in our 1926 bungalow home in the Heights. The house never cooled properly. Rich's Air has fundamentally changed our house to where it feels like a brand new home. It's nice and cool no matter where we are and it truly has improved my sleep since it's not hot when I go to bed. Thank you again and would highly recommend during these heat wave times!
