When I first saw Bob's air conditioner shop in League City I told my wife that looks like the old electric company I used to work for and we were hard working and honest and that's who I'm going to call if I ever have a problem. So I called them when AC wasn't working and they were able to work me in that day so Lee came and troubleshooted the attic and found the motor was bad. Lee and bobs AC looked up the number on the motor and found it was still under warranty. 1 1/2 hr later I was cooling again. Thanks to Lee and the honesty of Bob's AC I didn't have to replace my whole unit. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Feeling uncertain and concerned about my situation, I was astounded how much I was treated with kindness and respect by the team that came out. They took their time, explained everything to me, took care of the issues with professionalism, and made me comfortable with my choices.
