A/C went out this summer and we were melting. Fast, same day service for the initial diagnostic. Technician was extremely friendly and very honest. We'd had another technician come out before him that was trying to upsell me on a membership and a bunch of extra things that weren't necessary. The guy from Bob's was great. No extra fluff. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the price. Straight to the meat and potatoes.They came out on a Saturday, but weren't able to order a new compressor for my unit until Monday due to the supplier being closed. Great service, reasonable charges for just needed service. They could have sold me a lot more, but just a bit of freon and a change of filters and we were good to go. Thank you Bob's, for honesty and friendly service!

I just had my 4th AC unit installed by Bob's AC (i have been in my home for 33 years). As always, the installation was quick and clean. 3 hours to install a 5 ton AC and heating unit. I highly recommend Bob's AC for AC/Heat repair or replacement.Services: HVAC system repair
