I had been looking at Zeds on Groupon for the past week because I felt the air in the house wasn't getting as cold as it used to. Before purchasing the Groupon I went on their website to see what there hour were and daw they were running a special. I called to inquire about the special because just as I had suspected when I got home one day from work the house was hot. I spoke to Nate and explained everything and he was able to get me on the schedule the next day. Thankfully he was because the rental company wasn't getting anyone out until 5/1. For sometime our house has been having cooling problems.. but Nathan did an amazing job at inspecting our HVAC and even giving us recommendations!! If yall have problems with your cooling or AC please give them a call and ask for Nathan!!
Nathan is honest, professional, and very trustworthy. He showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do, and genuinely tried to save me money instead of pushing unnecessary repairs.
