I had been looking at Zeds on Groupon for the past week because I felt the air in the house wasn't getting as cold as it used to. Before purchasing the Groupon I went on their website to see what there hour were and daw they were running a special. I called to inquire about the special because just as I had suspected when I got home one day from work the house was hot. I spoke to Nate and explained everything and he was able to get me on the schedule the next day. Thankfully he was because the rental company wasn't getting anyone out until 5/1. The day of my appointment with Zeds the rental company actually ended up sending out a tech. I had to call Zeds back to let them know and spoke with Nate again. He was so understanding and assured me it was ok. It's been a very long time where I have seen and received genuine customer service.

For sometime our house has been having cooling problems.. but Nathan did an amazing job at inspecting our HVAC and even giving us recommendations!! If yall have problems with your cooling or AC please give them a call and ask for Nathan!!

Heater went out right before freeze and they came out in about 2 hours fixed my heater and was very professional and great customer service will use again

Called and had someone at my door in 30 minutes. Quickly identified and fixed the issue also showed me what I needed to do to keep the issue from happening again and now I’m back in business
