Just yesterday (Sunday, July 23, 2023), in the late evening hours i discovered my AC wasn’t cooling my home. I immediately ran to google to search for 24hr AC repair service. After checking the reviews for a few companies, (and 1 that didn’t answer the phone), i called Trey after seeing his reviews. It was close to 8pm by the time i called and he stated he could be here at 9am (Monday, this morning). Considering the time i called, i really wasn’t expecting such an early appointment.
Trey got here within the timeframe he mentioned (9am-10am), even texted to let me know he was in route. Got here, diagnosed the issue, and within 20 minutes i felt the cool air instantly.… read full review
My A/C went out and my house was super hot. I called Trey and he did not hesitate to come over. He did the diagnostic on the unit and showed me pictures. He was very accurate with his findings. Everyone wanted to sell me a new unit, but he gave me options. If you need a fair person that will tell you the truth and you can trust this is the company and Trey is the person to hire. I will definitely be doing business with him.
