We had a wonderful experience at Thrive this morning. My dog has what you call leash aggression and wants to protect his owner. We normally have to sedate him before coming in. He was not sedated and agitated when we arrived. AJ our Vet technician did an amazing job of talking calmly and getting to know him. After only a few short minutes Archie went willing and happily with her to the back and did the exam with no issues. I know dogs can be temperamental and it takes patience to connect with them. Thank you Dr Miller and AJ for making this such a smooth and easy appointment.
Dr.Jane is such a great vet, great bedside manner. You can tell he takes his job very seriously! He helped us catch a really bad skin infection on our dog that we missed. The staff is all very friendly and accommodating to our dogs when they are nervous.
