We are SO lucky to have Dr Warfield & Serendipity Lifestyle & Wellness Spa in Katy, Texas! A friend of mine recommended the Emsella chair to help strengthen your pelvic floor. She told me that all you need is 6 sessions, and that it has been life-changing for her!
