Being a very difficult time Cyndi made everything so easy for us walking through everything step by step. Things my family would not have even thought of and making helpful suggestions along the way. I could not have imagined everything going more perfect and beautiful through something that was so hard to plan. She was very considerate and patient.

As a lifelong resident of Katy, I have attended many funerals directed by Schmidt and always been impressed. This year, following my father's death my brothers and I were placed in the daunting position of planning his funeral. Everyone that we worked with at Schmidt Funeral Home was amazing. But the three standouts of the staff for my family were Megan, Trey, and Jim. They were selfless with their time, they were patient in our grief, and they answered all of our many, many questions. From the first phone call to Schmidt Funeral Home to the end of the day of my husband's service they were very professional and very caring.I was so distraught after the sudden passing of my husband. When I contacted Schmidt for the first time the lady that answered the phone was very nice. After the initial phone call I was contacted very quickly by Randy one of the funeral directors and he was so kind and sweet and walked me through the whole process of arranging a service after my husband's death.Even the days leading up to the service I could call Randy and he would answer all my questions.
