My husband and I decided to plan for our funeral in advance and we met with Joel Araujo and Kayle. They explained all options available to us. Joel was patient with us and showed us different niches at Westheimer Dignity cemetery. After signing our contracts he said to call him if we ever had any questions. Christopher Daniels was our funeral director, who worked along with Brittany assisting and Allyson as our celebrant for my father's celebration of life and we cannot be more grateful for the services, assistance, guidance and prompt communication they were all able to offer us. Each of them proved to be very thorough, helpful and most of all understanding of our needs and the support we needed in setting up this event, managing the emotions all the way through it and still provide a beautiful ceremony and a truly remarkable tribute as our last good bye to our father. Christopher, Brittany and Mr. Louis were extremely exceptional! They made my experience amazing in such a sad and hurtful time in my life!! I will NOT EVER use another funeral home. They were heaven sent! You would think it was their family member! They bent over backwards for me! My son was only 19 and I needed that support from them, they gave me that and more.. Natasha Jolivette- Pratt was amazing with doing an excellent job on my son makeup and her husband Sam Pratt cutting his hair. My son looked amazing. Thank you Katy Funeral home and Dignity team.
