I'd like to extend my praises and gratitude to all the staff at Katy Funeral Home, especially our Funeral Director, Katie Morin.Katie made such a difference during the most difficult time of my life due to the loss of my dearest mother. Katie is a joy to deal with, she is extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable and efficient.I was very impressed with the way that she handled everything, and she exceeded my expectations.I strongly recommend her services and Katy Funeral Home.A heartfelt thanks to you all.

Kendra was great! The experience was flawless. Every detailed was explained. She also offered to assist with any questions, even if they come up in a few months after our meeting. I love Dignity. They really care.

Absolutely EXCELLENT. Our funeral director, Katie, was always available and accessable. Such a wonderful personality, soft, gentle and kind! Any wishes related to the service were accommodated. I do not count hours she spent with me ?. She is a fantastic asset to the company, for sure?!Even though Katie was our appointed director, i met other director who was helping with advice, information and actual arrangements for our service. Great team.I do know it is a business, but i felt all assistance was genuine.Atmosphere at the funeral home is perfect for the events.Reception Tania also very welcoming and helpful.Thank you.
