This company installed a unit 3 years ago. The unit is not cooling. We have called several times through the day to have someone come out to repair unit. No one returns our calls. It is currently 96 in our house at 8pm, we started calling around 1:30 today. We have an elderly bed bound man and the answering service only response is “you’ve called 3 times and we’ve reached out to the technician each time” and “sorry, the technician isn’t answering our calls”. I can’t speak to a manager, David doesn’t even know who his manager is. I can’t speak to anyone who can do anything more than say they’re sorry. But David will be sure to pass on my feedback. Our only option is going to be to call a responsible and reliable ac company to repair the unit and probably lose our warranty, David couldn’t guarantee that either. I’m sure not wanting to honor the warranty is the reason this company is ignoring the issue. Beware of this company.

Mr. Bostic and his team showed up asap when all others wanted to schedule me for the following week! I told him my ac problems over the phone and he was able to diagnose the problem before he got here. They we're quick to fix and resolve the problem. Very honest and reliable company I would strongly suggest to anybody! Workers were very honest and friendly, I will never use any other company again!
