John came as per the appointment. He found the problem and got it fixed. He was professional and very friendly. It's always refreshing when you can trust a stranger in your home. John was wonderful, knows his stuff in and out. He explained everything that needed to be done and also explained why it needed to be done. Justin and the Mister Sparky organization provided great service for my mother in a critical moment of need. Communication through text, email, and dispatch calls was excellent. We knew what to expect and when. The best part was the care and attention that Justin showed in getting the urgent items fixed quickly and other longer term needs resolved.
