Justin, the technician today, is the absolute best! I can’t stress how satisfied I am with Air Express’s service. These are honest and nice people! They give good advice on how to maintenance your AC, treat you with respect and never trick you into some expensive and unnecessary service. If you live in the Houston area, just call them!

I like getting the email updates and the phone call to acknowledge the service tech was on his way…that was a nice touch. Jose, the service technician did a fantastic job and seemed fully invested in finding solutions to my service needs. He was engaging and extremely proficient in his service skills. Maybe not the cheapest in the market but they do the job right and always ready to respond and follow up. Most importantly is the honesty and fast response from all staff. Technicians are very well trained and get the job done. My service happened over the weekend with high temperatures above 100, they responded and completed everything, even on Sunday. Thank you for the great service, don’t change and keep it up.
