From the get go everyone was so nice. The registration lady was helpful with all the questions I had. I had a pleasant experience with all of the nurses. They made sure I was comfortable and I was aware of what was happening around me. 10/10 for Dr. Luciana sta Ana. She made me feel more comfortable when I was nervous. The only doctor I was unhappy with was the anesthesiologist, Dr. Lee. She was rude and condescending to my situation. Dr. Cora Y Lee didn’t explain any of my concerns.

Apparently, this office is not seeing much of anyone in person. My daughter is a patient of Dr. Alyson and has been struggling with sinus issues/infection. The past two times they set up a telemedicine visit with another available provider. After not getting much better we called and asked for an in-person visit since my daughter had developed a rash on her wrists that would likely be hard to see on a telemedicine visit. We were told we would have to go to Urgent Care of the ER for an in-person visit (despite the fact that my daughter has been vaccinated and had no fever).
