Madison Reed really needs to improve on appointment scheduling. I arrived on time as usual and they ran 15 minutes late to start and another 15 mins to wash my hair. This left me 10 minutes to get back home for meeting because of their 30 mins deficiency. This occurred the previous time I was there as well. I was there at a non-peak time and there were colorists avail who apeared to be doing anything except help customers. Also, while I was checking out the lady walked away to take a call. My transaction was not complete...she walked away without excusing herself. Rude? I still tipped 18% but they certainly were not worth it!Service: Hair coloring

Coloring roots is the specialty here they are very good at... it's nice that they've expanded to offer more services. sometimes it's a hit/miss situation depending upon how many clients there are - they've done fabulous before... and they've also been so rushed they didn't rinse my scalp very well at all!
