Dr. Han is very professional and friendly. She took her time to answer all of my questions, she is very patient and knowledgeable.
Her front office staff in very nice as well and greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. Mirela was nice and made me feel comfortable while doing the pre tests that were done on different eye equipment.
I had such a great experience here! The first thing that stood out to me was the technology they use. It may have already been around for some time but it was new to me. I really enjoyed the Ultra-wide digital retinal imaging and not the typical pupil dilation. Even checking my eye pressure was different. The whole process quick and easy for me. Mirela M. was so friendly and helpful, from scheduling my appointment to helping me pick out frames, There was also another employee that helped me to but I didn’t catch her name. We just started to come here this year and great experience. Everyone is so polite and kind. My daughter stretched out my glasses and I had to go back to get them fixed and they did it on the spot. Sandy helped me and my family for appointments and fixing my glasses. Dr. Han Explain explains everything and is very knowledgeable and kind.
