Since my last review it seems like there have been some positive changes! The front desk workers seem a lot nicer and willing to do their job, and I can usually call and get a call back within a few hours! HUGE improvement from previous staff, so I genuinely appreciate this!
The online portal they've swapped to is very user friendly and I love that it's an app for ease of access.
Absolutely have never had an issue with any of the doctor's I've seen here-Dr. Julie is amazing and even fit me in within a few days with help of the front desk team when I felt my medication wasn't working as it should be and felt like I needed to be seen before...read full review
