Hugo M Toro, MD, PA, is a highly experienced board-certified internist with over 30 years of practice. The staff at this Katy, Texas, practice speak fluent Spanish. Patients appreciate the doctor's personable nature, as he takes time to explain symptoms and necessary medications. He is knowledgeable, generous with his time, and has great communication skills. The staff, including Sandra and Carlos, are kind, professional, and well-trained. Patients have been seeing the doctor for several years and appreciate his care, saying he really cares and answers questions about their health. He provides preventive medicine and has helped patients bring their health to where it should be. Overall, patients are very happy with the doctor and consider him the best.
Excellent care from all the doctors—specifically Dr. Ruiz and Dr. Espinosa—and the entire team; they provided exceptional care to my family as patients during every visit. Thank you—you have excellent staff members working in the blood testing department, offering complete and fast service.
I have but one concern, when I ask Dr. Torro for complete blood work i had to double back to make sure it was done. When blood work always ask to check everything regardless of whether you have symptoms this is called preventive medicine
Dr. Toro is very personable. He takes time his time to explain what might be causing your symptom's, and taking time to explain if medication are needed. I’ve been seeing him for more than 4 years and he has brought my health to where it should be at my age.
