The lady who gave me haircut is a cool woman, but it was not so pleasant I.had to wait for a long time until being called for the service. Also, I would like to give this store Another opportunity on improving the experiences of waitlist.

I went to this store for the first time, the service was good. Karla cut my hair and I really liked the way it looked. Now when I get my hair cut again I will go to her. Very detailed and attentive to my instructions. Excellent service!

Usually this place is great. However, the lady cutting my hair charged me $19 instead of the $18 posted. No reason for the upcharge, she was just being shady. Ironically i would have tipped her more if she was ethical.
