poor customer service, the lady cutting my hair wouldn’t even listen to me when i told her how i wanted her to cut my hair. $21 for a simple haircut so i guess not terrible

The lady who gave me haircut is a cool woman, but it was not so pleasant I.had to wait for a long time until being called for the service. Also, I would like to give this store Another opportunity on improving the experiences of waitlist.

I went to this store for the first time, the service was good. Karla cut my hair and I really liked the way it looked. Now when I get my hair cut again I will go to her. Very detailed and attentive to my instructions. Excellent service!
